Good to know before you book.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better, especially for weekends and busy seasons. Send your request and we'll tell you straight away whether your date is open.
Do you set everything up?
Yes. We deliver, set up, and come back for pickup. You don't need to do anything but host.
What if it rains?
Safety comes first. If the forecast looks unsafe (rain, high wind, lightning), we'll make the call the morning of your event and reach out right away — usually a free reschedule, or a refund if a new date doesn't work for you.
Is a deposit required?
Yes — 50% down to hold your date, with the balance due at delivery. We accept card, cash, or Venmo/Zelle.
Do you offer discounts for multiple days?
Yes. Select 2 or more days for the same inflatable and the discount applies automatically before you submit your request.
What's your service area?
We're based in Davis County and deliver throughout it. Outside the county, we take it case by case — tell us your address when you request a rental and we'll confirm delivery is covered before anything's booked.
Do I need to provide power?
Yes — the inflatable's blower needs a standard outdoor-rated outlet within reach of an extension cord. If your setup spot doesn't have power nearby, let us know when you book and we'll help you figure out the best option.
What kind of surface do you set up on?
A flat, clear space is all we need. Grass is ideal since we can stake the inflatable down; we can also set up on a driveway or patio using weights instead of stakes. Let us know your surface when you book so we bring the right setup.
How much space do I need to clear?
Roughly 15×15 ft for the Brick Bounce House, 20×15 ft for the Bounce & Slide Combo, and 30×12 ft for the Brick Slide since it runs long. We'll confirm exact clearance for your unit when we quote your date.
Is adult supervision required?
Yes — an adult needs to be supervising the inflatable the entire time it's in use, for everyone's safety.
Are there age or weight limits?
Generally 3 years and up, around 150 lbs per rider, and 6–8 riders at a time depending on the unit. We'll confirm exact limits for your inflatable when we book.
What are the rules once it's set up?
No shoes, food, drinks, gum, silly string, or pets inside the inflatable, and no sharp objects nearby. We'll walk through the full rundown when we set up.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Life happens — cancel or reschedule 48 hours or more before your event for a full refund or reschedule credit. Inside 48 hours, your deposit is non-refundable but still applies toward a future date.
Can I book for multiple days or keep it overnight?
Yes. Select 2 or more days for the same inflatable right on the calendar and it stays set up for the whole stretch — the multi-day discount applies automatically.
